Peggy brings a unique experience to our injury law team

Peggy is a personal injury lawyer, with a focus on road accidents, workplace injury and public liability.

She has a very strong passion for helping people navigate the complex compensation systems and get the compensation and outcome they deserve. Her focus is simple - provide pragmatic advice and help clients reduce their costs while maximising their entitlements.

Prior to being admitted as a lawyer, Peggy worked with trade unions in the finance and health sectors. She was engaged in a few projects where she drafted, bargained and negotiated industrial instruments which cover workers across Victoria. Through her work with the trade unions, she decided to pursue her career with a clear goal in her mind: to practice law in a way which produces a fair outcome for the people who need its protection.

An injury lawyer with a very unique background

Prior to moving to Melbourne, Peggy grew up in Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She has worked at one of the Magic Circle firms in Hong Kong.

While she was doing the Juris Doctor program at the University of Melbourne, she was active in participating in various activities, including moot court competition and completing the legal internships at the Law Institute of Victoria and Victorian Legal Aid. She was also awarded a Melbourne Law School scholarship.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She used to be a radio presenter on a Chinese commercial radio in Melbourne, but she has decided to spend more time connecting with people in her local church. She likes running, and now her goal is to complete a Marathon.
