Care, well beyond legal advice.
Understanding that many of our clients had needs beyond legal advice,
we began our Client Care Program.
Our Client Care Coordinators ensure a holistic approach to our clients'
journey through the legal process.
Bringing different skills to help you in your journey
Client Care Coordinators have an entirely different skill set from lawyers, but they are crucial to ensure that all clients receive an optimal outcome from the legal process.
They have unique communication skills and the ability to translate the often difficult legal process into palatable and easy to understand information.
After years of working with disadvantaged and vulnerable people, they are able to recognise when people are struggling both with their legal case and with their life generally.
Experience built over a lifetime
Client Care Coordinators have skills developed over a lifetime of working in the community, such as knowing to look at a client's fridge to make sure there is food on the table and identifying when a client is receiving sub-optimal mental health care.
They support clients in everything from mediation to medical appointments. They can ask the "silly" questions that clients are too afraid to ask. They sense when a client is not coping or understanding legal advice, and help give them the confidence to ask the right questions.
