Robinson Gill Promotes Injury Lawyer and Head of Total Permanent Disablement Team, Jacinta Richards, to Principal Lawyer

Robinson Gill announced today that Jacinta Richards, head of the firm’s TPD (Total Permanent Disablement) team, has been promoted to Principal Lawyer.

With over 20 years behind her in Plaintiff personal injury litigation, and since 2016 as a successful personal injury lawyer, Jacinta acts on behalf of people injured in road traffic accidents, in public places and in the workplace. Also specialising in bringing TPD and Income Protection claims through superannuation funds and insurers, she helps her clients to explore lesser known avenues of financial support following serious injury.

Jacinta is highly active in both the legal and wider community. Passionate about working to reduce the number of fatal accidents on Victoria’s roads, she is a dedicated member of the METEC Board , a Melbourne based not-for-profit providing and lobbying for professional advanced driver training throughout Victoria.

In addition to the above achievements and responsibilities, Jacinta is currently serving her second term as President of the Eastern Solicitors Law Association (ESLA), which forges connections between local lawyers, keeps the legal community up to date through CPD events, and acts a mouthpiece for the community to voice concerns to the Law Institute of Victoria. Her outstanding leadership of ESLA is a testament to her ability to bring people together for the benefit of the legal community as a whole.
