Lucia is a lawyer in the business, property and disputes teams at Robinson Gill. Lucia acts in a wide range of commercial and property transactions as well as corporate litigation cases.

Before starting her Juris Doctor Degree at Monash University, Lucia was a commercial lawyer in mainland China. Having practiced in both Australia and China, she has a wealth of international commercial experience at her disposal.

With extensive expertise in global corporate matters, Lucia brings an international perspective to high-value business transactions. Her clients know her for her acute commercial awareness and sharp eye for detail - every contract is crafted meticulously to maximise commercial value.

Lucia advises on a wide range of commercial matters including leasing, property and business acquisitions, cross-broader investments and general corporate compliance.

When it comes to commercial litigation, Lucia takes a pragmatic and business-oriented approach. She always picks up key issues quickly and advises client on the most cost-effective strategies to resolve their cases. Lucia has assisted in matters including shareholder disputes, debt recoveries and other commercial disputes.

Transcending cultural boundaries

Whilst doing her Juris Doctor Degree, Lucia worked in several international law firms and NGOs across Asia. Her understanding of the Asian cultures gives her a unique insight into the needs of her international clients, and informs her approach to securing them optimal outcomes.

Lucia is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Hakka.
