Lawyer.

Chantelle is a lawyer in our Personal Injury Team, responsible for managing worker’s compensation, TAC and public liability claims.

Strategic insight for claims

Driven to understand the nuances of each of her matters, Chantelle takes a hands-on approach to them from the beginning.  Chantelle conducts initial client interviews, prepares any necessary applications, manages the litigation process, and actively participates in settlement negotiations.

Organised and passionate about the law, Chantelle draws on her previous experience in a busy personal injury firm to manage a large volume of client files across worker’s compensation, TAC and public liability.  With an intimate understanding of injury compensation schemes, Chantelle enjoys the challenge of developing a successful strategy for each of her clients.  Whether a client matter requires a serious injury application or an impairment benefit claim, Chantelle always seeks to maximise the compensation prospects for her clients.

Empathetic approach to injured clients

Chantelle’s empathy for injured clients stems from personal experience, having gone through a close family member's asbestos claim. This interest further grew during her university days when she worked in administrative roles in medical general practices. Chantelle's personable and inquisitive nature led her to appreciate the challenges faced by injured Victorians navigating insurance schemes. Her experience helping patients access medical treatment is invaluable to Chantelle’s ability to now provide her clients with thoughtful and comprehensive legal representation.
