Client Relationship Manager.
Fluent in Chinese Mandarin

With over a decade of experience in the legal industry and a deep understanding of the Chinese business and legal landscape, Sarah is a highly accomplished Client Relationship Manager at Robinson Gill Lawyers. Since 2012, she has built a distinguished career in bridging legal services between China and Australia.

Sarah began her legal journey as the Head of the Overseas Office at the China branch of an Australian law firm, where she led the coordination of all Australian legal matters for Chinese clients. In this role, she developed and managed strategic relationships with some of China's leading law firms and corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for cross-border legal matters.

After returning to Australia, Sarah served as the Head of the Asian Desk at a prominent national law firm. There, she played a central role in assisting high-net-worth individuals, private enterprises, and state-owned entities from China in navigating complex legal matters in Australia—ranging from migration and property investment to corporate structuring and regulatory compliance.

Now at Robinson Gill, Sarah brings her wealth of knowledge and exceptional relationship management skills to support our multicultural client base. She works closely with our legal teams to ensure that each client receives personalised, seamless service. Her responsibilities include proactively managing client expectations, identifying emerging legal needs, and facilitating culturally aligned communication between clients and our lawyers.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Sarah is not only a key liaison for our Chinese-speaking clients but also a vital connector across industries. Her extensive network in both China and Australia—spanning legal, financial, real estate, and investment sectors—enables her to provide clients with well-rounded support beyond legal advice.

Sarah is known for her dedication to client care, her strategic approach to relationship-building, and her unwavering commitment to delivering excellence. She remains instrumental in strengthening Robinson Gill’s ties with the Asian market and enhancing the firm’s international profile.
