Sam Moodie

Lawyer.

Sam is a lawyer in our police misconduct team at Robinson Gill.

Before joining Robinson Gill, Sam was a criminal defence lawyer at Victoria Legal Aid. She regularly appeared in a range of hearings in the Magistrates’ Court and instructed in the County Court of Victoria. This role provided Sam with a strong understanding of police powers and court processes.

Sam also has experience practicing in family violence and mental health and disability law.

During university Sam volunteered at YouthLaw, Disability Discrimination Legal Service and Prison Legal Education and Assistance Project.

Sam treats all clients with care and is committed to supporting clients of all backgrounds navigate complex and intimidating legal processes.
