Carol has been a dedicated Senior Legal Assistant at Robinson Gill Lawyers for over two decades. In her role as probate clerk, Carol is renowned for her consistent ability to provide high quality, unwavering support to her clients.

She plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Wills & Deceased Estates practice group. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, demonstrating a deep commitment to the firm's success and its clients.

With multifaceted court experience, Carol maintains an active engagement with various levels of the judicial system, including Magistrates, County, Supreme, and Federal Courts. She is well versed in the intricacies of court procedures and successfully manages a wide variety of court-related tasks. Carol is also regularly involved in preparing for trials, organising witnesses, liaising with barristers, and maintaining client relationships to ensure the seamless execution of legal proceedings.

Carol frequently handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion and precision, and is proficient in drafting and e-filing legal documents and correspondence. She specialises in complex cases and transformative legal projects, and her career has been marked by significant accomplishments, including her work in million-dollar settlements, contributions to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, and leadership in transitioning from paper files to electronic records.

She also takes pride in actively participating in the training and mentoring of new assistants, paralegals, secretaries, and junior staff, ensuring their successful integration into the firm.
