Kelly is a lawyer in the property, wills and estates team at Robinson Gill. She specialises in a range of commercial and residential property, estate planning and administration matters.

A rising star in property law

Having trained for several years in the property sphere, Kelly is trusted by individuals and businesses across Victoria and New South Wales to handle their conveyancing needs - from first time residential homebuyers to industrial leases and large scale investment transactions.

With an instinct for commercial matters, Kelly has drafted sale and lease agreements for a number of local business owners across various industries. She provides comprehensive advice on local authority approvals, building certificates, approved use restrictions, and zoning requirements.

Kelly has a particular interest in rural property transactions, and has acted on behalf of vendors in sales of large farms involving complex lot structures. She is well versed in the additional inspection and reporting issues that need to be addressed when a client is considering taking on a rural property.

Wills and estates

Kelly has acted for individuals both locally and abroad in various estate planning and administration matters. Her work in this area often overlaps with her property expertise, and she frequently handles cases involving complex asset pools.

She routinely assists with probate applications on behalf of bereaved families, and works closely with accountants, self-managed superfunds and share holdings to ensure that her clients are able to secure their assets into the future.

Cutting through the jargon

Known for her down to earth approach, Kelly goes out of her way to eliminate “legalese”, presenting complex issues to her clients in a language that they understand. Her meticulous approach ensures that she treats every matter with a fine-toothed comb - her clients never face any hidden surprises!

Kelly was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020. She is qualified to practise in both Victoria and New South Wales.
