Danielle enjoys taking the time to get to know her clients from the start of the process. Personal injury is personal - and she takes the time to get to know what's going on in her clients' lives, their story and understanding their world view.
To put it simply, she believes that this helps her navigate the WorkCover or TAC process as smoothly as possible for the client. "It's truly meaningful work." says Danielle.
There is a reality that some people believe there is a stigma with receiving compensation and that it prevents people from getting a job. Danielle helps clients understand the process and demystifies it, explaining each step in plain English and ensuring that her clients are confident in moving forward - both in the process and in their life once it's all done.

Danielle practices in workers compensation, road accident, public liability and police misconduct law.
She has extensive experience in police misconduct matters, including assault and battery, false imprisonments, malicious prosecutions and misfeasance cases. Danielle also practices in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and public liability.
Danielle also has significant experience working with brain injuries and serious mental health issues including schizophrenia. She has also represented families have had family members die as a result of a workplace, road injury or within the surgery - including having decisions overturned by the coroner using expert evidence.
An Accredited Specialist with real-world experience
Danielle is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury. After being admitted to practice, Danielle moved to Taiwan for 15 months to teach English, study Mandarin Chinese and see more of the world.
Danielle is a committee member of the Victorian branch of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
