Jaymee is a clerk in the Estates team at Robinson Gill. She works on all in probate matters and is highly experienced with all property aspects necessary for the administration of estates.<\/p>\r\n
Jaymee prepares the essential documentation (including the Affidavit of Executor & Inventory of Assets) required in order to obtain a Grant of Probate or Grant of Letters of Administration (for intestate Estates).<\/p>\r\n
Liaising with extensive lists of stakeholders, including banks, aged care providers, shareholding companies, superannuation and accountants, she takes responsibility for ensuring that documentation is correctly completed and signed to call in and distribute the estate assets according to the wishes of the deceased, pursuant to the Will.<\/p>\r\n
Property is often the most valuable component of an estate, and it is critical to ensure that it is administered correctly. With her extensive background in conveyancing, Jaymee’s property law knowledge makes her an invaluable asset to the team when it comes to handling this aspect of an estate. She ensures that the correct applications are made on behalf of legal personal representatives \uff08in the case of sole ownership property\uff09 and a surviving proprietor \uff08in the case of properties jointly held with a surviving partner\uff09.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Jaymee knows that for bereaved families, the process of estate administration following the death of a loved one can be overwhelming. Clients appreciate her sensitive and proactive approach, keeping matters progressing as they should at all times. She keeps clients closely informed at every stage of the process in order to minimise their emotional burden as much as possible.<\/p>\r\n
