Jacinta Richards is a lawyer in Robinson Gill’s injury law<\/a> practice. Admitted as a lawyer in 2016, she has over 20 years of pre-admission administration and clerking experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation. In fact, her entire career has been dedicated to helping people navigate the complex and stressful process of making personal injury claims with insurers.<\/p>\n

Jacinta holds the belief that all practitioners, whether medical or legal, should work together to help a person who has suffered an injury.<\/p>\n

Navigating insurance schemes can be a time-consuming and arduous task for those who are not working in the system, every day. Jacinta invites medical practitioners to work side-by-side with her to help people receive the appropriate funding for treatment – and remove the hurdles imposed by insurers.<\/p>\n

In addition to injury law, Jacinta helps people to make claims against the insurance that is included in their superannuation policies. She has helped people who are totally and permanently disabled and unable to work due to injury, disease or other condition to be awarded lump sum payments. She also assists in making successful claims against income protection policies for those who are experiencing a loss of earnings.<\/p>\n
