\u60a8\u90fd\u6709\u6743\u529b\u7533\u8bf7\u8d54\u507f\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u662f\u6307\u6d89\u53ca\u6c7d\u8f66\u4f7f\u7528\u6216\u64cd\u4f5c\u5bfc\u81f4\u4eba\u5458\u53d7\u4f24\u6216\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u4ee5\u4e0b\u539f\u56e0\u9020\u6210\u7684\u4f24\u5bb3\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u6b63\u5728\u9a7e\u9a76\u8f66\u8f86<\/li>\n<li>\u4e0e\u8f66\u8f86\u53d1\u751f\u78b0\u649e\u6216\u907f\u514d\u78b0\u649e\u7684\u884c\u52a8<\/li>\n<li>\u8f66\u8f86\u5931\u63a7<\/li>\n<li>\u9a7e\u9a76\u8f66\u8f86\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u5371\u9669\u60c5\u51b5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u7ef4\u591a\u5229\u4e9a\u5dde\u7684\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u8f86\u4e8b\u6545\u8d54\u507f\u8ba1\u5212\u53d7\u300a1986\u5e74\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545\u6cd5\u300b\u7ba1\u8f96\uff0c\u7531\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08Transport Accident Commission &#8211; TAC\uff09\u7ba1\u7406\u3002TAC\u8ba1\u5212\u4e3a\u56e0\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u53d7\u4f24\u6216\u60a3\u75c5\u7684\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u6cbb\u7597\u548c\u798f\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u4e0d\u4ec5\u9650\u4e8e\u6c7d\u8f66\u6216\u5361\u8f66\uff0c\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u3001\u6709\u8f68\u7535\u8f66\u3001\u706b\u8f66\u3001\u516c\u5171\u6c7d\u8f66\u3001\u8d8a\u91ce\u8f66\u548c\u62d6\u62c9\u673a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u4e5f\u6db5\u76d6\u9a91\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u8005\u4e0e\u505c\u7740\u7684\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u53d1\u751f\u78b0\u649e\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8f66\u95e8\u7a81\u7136\u6253\u5f00\u649e\u5230\u9a91\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u8005\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u662f\u516c\u5171\u4ea4\u901a\u5de5\u5177\u7684\u95e8\u5bfc\u81f4\u53d7\u4f24\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u9053\u8def\u6216\u516c\u5171\u4ea4\u901a\u4e0a\u53d1\u751f\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u56e2\u961f\u5c06\u4e0e\u60a8\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u51cf\u8f7b\u60a8\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u538b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<figure alt=\"youtube-video-thumbnail\"\/>\n\t<ol>\n<li><strong>\u5f53\u4f60\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\u5728\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\u53d7\u4f24\u540e\uff0c\u5e94\u5c3d\u5feb\u901a\u77e5\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545\u8d54\u507f\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08TAC\uff09\u3002\u6240\u6709TAC\u7d22\u8d54\u5e94\u5728\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u540e\u768412\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u63d0\u4ea4\u3002<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545\u8d54\u507f\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08TAC\uff09\u63a5\u53d7\u7d22\u8d54\u7684\u671f\u9650\u662f\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77\u4e09\u5e74\u5185\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u65f6\u4f60\u672a\u6ee118\u5c81\uff0c\u4f60\u6709\u6743\u572818\u5c81\u751f\u65e5\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77\u768412\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u9012\u4ea4\u7d22\u8d54\u3002\u4eceTAC\u6536\u5230\u4f60\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77\uff0cTAC\u670921\u5929\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u6765\u51b3\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u63a5\u53d7\u6216\u62d2\u7edd\u4f60\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u3002<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u4ece\u6536\u5230\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545\u8d54\u507f\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08TAC\uff09\u4efb\u4f55\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u4f60\u670912\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u6765\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e89\u8bae\u7533\u8bf7\u3002\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u62ecTAC\u51b3\u5b9a\u62d2\u7edd\u4f60\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\uff0c\u6216\u5bf9\u533b\u7597\u6cbb\u7597\u6216\u5eb7\u590d\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u652f\u4ed8\u51b3\u5b9a\u3002<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5982\u679c\u65e0\u6cd5\u4e0e\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545\u8d54\u507f\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08TAC\uff09\u89e3\u51b3\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4f60\u6709\u4e09\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u5411\u7ef4\u591a\u5229\u4e9a\u5dde\u6c11\u4e8b\u548c\u884c\u653f\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\uff08VCAT\uff09\u63d0\u4ea4\u590d\u5ba1\u7533\u8bf7\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5bf9TAC\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\u6709\u5f02\u8bae\uff0c\u60a8\u5e94\u8be5\u5bfb\u6c42\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5efa\u8bae\u3002<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure
