Providing peace of mind, even in difficult circumstances.
Tony is an expert at helping people get things in place.
Whether that is making a will or drafting power of attorney documentation for an individual or couple, Tony helps people prepare for the future. His passion lies in estate planning and helping people prepare for 'what if's' and ensuring people’s loved ones are looked after when they pass on.
He also helps executors of estates make applications to the Supreme Court for either a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration.
Planning the complex, protecting the future.
Beyond 'simple' wills and estate planning, Tony thoroughly enjoys helping people with more complex arrangements - such as arranging testamentary trusts.
Tony actively helps clients with succession planning for their small businesses - many of which are family-owned businesses. Tony advises people who are at high risk of being sued based on the nature of their profession (e.g. medical practitioners, accountants, financial planners and business owners) on how to protect their assets.
He advises parents and guardians on creating wills with special disability trusts for those who look after children or adults with special needs. He also helps people set-up protective trusts if a parent has a child who is estranged or may have social issues such as drug, alcohol or gambling addiction.
Rare and invaluable life experience.
Tony has life experience that very few other lawyers have. In tandem with being a lawyer, Tony serves as a priest offering guidance to people from all walks of life. With this background, he has developed a unique ability to relate to people from different backgrounds and life circumstances.
