A tailored solution for each
and every client
Michelle’s varied experience in different areas of property, tax and family law, in both small and large national law firms, has equipped her with a truly flexible approach to client service.
Michelle works holistically when tailoring solutions to her client’s problems, taking care to off-set any potential issues before they arise.
A full service offering for residential and commercial clients
In her role at Robinson Gill, Michelle provides a full-service offering for property clients - from conveyancing, contract drafting and review, stamp duty applications, through to final settlement.
Michelle’s idea of a great day in the office is finding a quick yet thoughtful solution to a client’s problem, particularly if it helps them out of a difficult situation.
An eagle eye for the minutiae in contracts
Michelle has experience on both sides of the property fence - assisting both purchasers and vendors.
When it comes to off-the-plan developments, Michelle understands the increasing onus on vendors to ensure contracts are water-tight to reduce any liability, especially with regard to tricky interest rate clauses.
Michelle is also a strong advocate for her clients, having saved substantial amounts of money in overturned decisions when acting on behalf of foreign purchasers.
In her spare time, Michelle previously volunteered with St Paul’s College - a specialist school for children with a wide range of disabilities, an experience which inspired her to volunteer at the Disability Discrimination Legal Service whilst attending law school. Currently, she also hopes to further her language skills in Chinese.
