Resolution-focused with an eye on your future
Jessica is a family lawyer with a particular focus on helping her clients plan for a future that is financially sound. She is creative in her approach and helps guide her clients to solutions that they may not have thought of.
Her guiding principle is simple. "You'll always know where you stand, what your options are and what my recommendation is. But at the end of the day, it's your call." Jessica believes her clients should understand their entitlements and obligations in order to reach a result they believe in.
"I like to arm clients with the information they need to help make their own decisions."
Jessica's preference is for her clients to reach a result they are emotionally and financially comfortable with. She also enjoys helping people whose partner has been in control of all of their family's finances.
In that circumstance, she is an expert at advising her clients on approaches to uncover the full extent of a family's wealth and provide them with information to make appropriate decisions.
As Jessica says, "You should never settle in the dark".
