Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts and an Advanced Diploma in Business in which she
majored in property and conveyancing.
Caroline has a vast and varied conveyancing history with experience in sales and
acquisitions of residential, commercial and rural property of subdivisions and consolidations
and has experience also in mortgagee work ranging from mortgagee sales to drawing
of mortgage documentation. Working alongside and on behalf of developers, financiers,
foreign investors, first home buyers through to multi property investors and provides
a unique understanding of the process and requirements of the conveyancing process
both theoretically and practically.
